Return policy
1. Return Eligibility
Time Limit: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Condition: The items must be in their original, unused condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.
Items That Cannot Be Returned: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Intimate apparel, such as underwear and swimwear
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at client@sportserving.com or use the return request form available on our website. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for returning the item.
- Return Authorization: Once we review and approve your request, we will send you a return authorization number along with detailed instructions.
- Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the return authorization number, and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
3. Refund Procedure
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued, especially if items are returned in less than perfect condition or have been damaged for reasons not related to us.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please complete the return process outlined above, then place a new order for the item you want.
5. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at client@sportserving.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
6. Refunds Not Received
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
- Check your bank account or contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
